On the morning of July 14th, a special seminar on energy big data application was successfully held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, with the theme of "Digital Innovation Integration · Industrial Ecological Development". This closed door meeting was jointly organized by the Information and Communication Professional Committee of the China Energy Research Association and the Energy Big Data Professional Committee of the China Energy Research Association. It was co organized by the EPTC Power Information and Communication Expert Working Committee and the IEEE PES Power System Communication and Network Security Technical Committee (China), and was supported by Guanan Information. Liu Delin, an information security consulting expert from Guanan, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a keynote speech.


In recent years, the country has attached great importance to the role of big data in economic and social development. Starting from the 14th Five Year Plan released in March 2021, improving the big data standard system has become a key development focus.


Subsequently, important documents such as "Opinions on Building a Data Infrastructure System to Better Play the Role of Data Elements" and "Overall Layout Plan for Digital China Construction" were released, clarifying the status of data as a key production factor and creating broad space for the development of energy big data. Energy big data has become a key factor in promoting innovative development in the energy sector, driving the rapid development of the energy industry towards digitization and intelligence.


Liu Delin, as an information security consulting expert at Guan'an, delivered a keynote speech titled "Construction of Big Data Security Protection System for Power Grid Enterprises", sharing the construction of the overall framework for data security in power grid enterprises. He introduced the deployment of a unified control module for data security in the cloud for authorization, strategy, and other controls, achieving comprehensive display of cloud data security situation, compliance monitoring, monitoring analysis, emergency response, and evaluation, in order to continuously ensure data security. He also introduced the capabilities of tools such as cloud edge two-level deployment data security sorting and identification, protection guarantee, monitoring and early warning, response traceability, etc., to achieve hierarchical control of cloud data, data security protection between primary and backup sub nodes, cloud data security audit and early warning, data interaction protection, etc., in order to achieve data security protection for edge operation data centers, business systems, and other data. In addition, Liu Delin also shared three cases of Guanan Information in the construction of data security in power grid enterprises, including the construction of data security control systems, data interaction security systems, and data security operations.


This meeting attracted over 40 experts, invited guests, and members of the Secretariat of the Special Committee from fields such as power grid enterprises, power generation enterprises, power construction enterprises, information and communication companies, and higher education institutions. The convening of the conference is in line with the current trend of digital economy development and is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry. Through the publicity and exchange of results on the conference platform, we aim to promote the healthy development of energy big data technology and inject new vitality into the digital transformation of the energy and power sector.
