On February 14, 2025, the "Cybersecurity Awareness Seminar: Survival Guide for Enterprises Facing Hacker Attacks," organized by Ricoh, a corporate member of the Hong Kong China Network Security Association (HKCNSA), in collaboration with LPC Insurance Brokers Limited and Blackpanda, was successfully held. The event aimed to provide comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for enterprises. As an expert in IT assessment and network health checks, Ricoh detailed how comprehensive checks can help enterprises identify and fix network vulnerabilities, reducing the risk of attacks. Blackpanda, a disaster recovery expert, shared several successful cases of rapid business recovery operations, offering practical disaster response solutions.
The event brought together numerous government officials and industry experts to share the latest trends in cybercrime and response strategies. Additionally, representatives from the renowned law firm Clyde & Co shared practical experiences in handling personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that enterprises can operate in compliance while avoiding legal risks caused by data breaches. The seminar provided attendees with rich cybersecurity knowledge, promoting exchanges and cooperation between experts and enterprises, helping businesses better protect their interests and ensure continuous and stable operations in the face of increasing cyber threats.
