HKCNSA FIRST MACAU CYBERSECURITY COCKTAIL 2024 Successfully Hosted, Promoting Cybersecurity Cooperation and Development between Hong Kong and Macau

On October 29, 2024, the Hong Kong China Network Security Association successfully hosted the First 2024 Macau Cybersecurity Cocktail at the 38 Lounge in Macau, with special sponsorship from corporate members including Veeam, SecurityScorecard, BoardWare, and Alfacloud. This cocktail party is the first event held by the association in Macau, aiming to promote cooperation and exchange in the field of cybersecurity between Hong Kong and Macau.It attracted enthusiastic participation from government agencies, gaming groups, cybersecurity companies, financial institutions, and students from the University of Macau.

 

 

As the association’s inaugural event in Macau, this networking event provided a valuable platform for cybersecurity enterprises from both regions to exchange ideas and showcased the association’s commitment and efforts in promoting cybersecurity. Professionals from various fields engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on hot topics, technological innovations, and future development trends in cybersecurity.

 


During the event, David, Founder and Chairman of Hong Kong China Network Security Association, held a ceremony for the newly appointed committee member Roland, and warmly welcomed his joining: “Roland brings extensive experience and expertise in the field of cybersecurity, and his addition will inject new vitality into the association’s cooperation with the Macau region.”

The association also held a special birthday celebration for Vice President Ricky Leung. The lively atmosphere brought everyone together to celebrate Ricky’s birthday and extend sincere wishes, enhancing the cohesion among association members and fostering a sense of warmth and care within the association family.
