On April 12-13, 2025, the "Greater Bay Area Talent Development Showcase," organized by the Labour and Welfare Bureau(LWB) and Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE), and supported by the Hong Kong China Network Security Association (HKCNSA), was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Several representatives from the HKCNSA were honored to be invited to attend and participate in this grand event for talent exchange and cooperation.

The showcase consists of two main components: a symposium and a career fair. The symposium featured experts from various fields discussing the GBA's latest developments and opportunities, while the career fair attracted nearly 40 leading GBA enterprises from industries including technology, I&T, engineering, finance, accounting, legal services, insurance and real estate, providing international talent from Southeast Asia with a wide range of career options and opportunities for professional growth.

This event provided participants with abundant career development opportunities and promoted talent exchange and cooperation in the GBA. Through interactions with industry leaders and experts, participants were able to gain deep insights into industry trends, expand their networks, and receive valuable career advice.

As an international financial center, Hong Kong possesses rich talent resources. However, with the intensification of global competition, Hong Kong faces challenges of talent loss and human resource shortages. As a leading industry organization, HKCNSA will continue to play its role as a bridge and connector, building a broader platform for talent exchange and cooperation in the GBA, and working hand in hand with various sectors in the GBA to create a new platform for talent development.
