The China Cybersecurity Week of 2023 opened on September 11th in Fuzhou and continued nationwide until September 17th. With the theme of "Cyber Security for the people, Cyber Security depends on the people", this Cyber Security Week has set up activities such as a Cyber Security Expo, a Cyber Security Technology Summit Forum, and a Cyber Security Micro Video Collection. Corporate members of the Hong Kong China Network Security Association (HKCNSA), including Huawei, Qianxin Group, and 360 Group, actively participated in the event, working together with the country to build cybersecurity.
Mr. Zhuang Rongwen, Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC, Director of the Central CAC, and Director of the CAC delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He said that the President Xi attaches great importance to network security work and emphasizes the need to coordinate development and security, focus on key areas, comprehensively strengthen information infrastructure security protection, and innovate data governance to ensure the security of personal information.
During the local activities of Cybersecurity Week, Mr. Wang Feng, Vice President of Huawei Security Product Domain, participated in a roundtable dialogue with industry experts. He stated that the construction of a cybersecurity platform needs to consider factors such as systems, processes, standards, and talents, and is a systematic project. By establishing comprehensive security measures, applying innovative security technologies, and enhancing security awareness training, the goal is to improve cybersecurity levels and ensure the security of users.
Mr. Wu Yunkun, President of Qianxin Group, proposed a systematic engineering method for building security capabilities at the Fuzhou Cyber Security Week promotion event. By implementing security requirements in a distributed manner, gradually constructing a future-oriented security system, and establishing a network security defense system that includes dynamic defense, proactive defense, layered defense, precise protection, overall control, and coordinated defense.
Mr. Hu Zhenquan, President of 360 Digital Security Group, delivered a speech entitled "Security as a Service" at the 20th China Cybersecurity Annual Conference. He pointed out that enterprises often face obstacles such as a lack of platforms, probes, data, experts and other resources when constructing a secure operational system.
