Responsibilities and Personal/Corporate Disclaimer of the Cyber Security Association Membership

Membership Responsibilities:

1. As members of the Cyber Security Association, we commit to abide by the association's constitution and regulations, actively participate in and support its activities and initiatives.

2. We will protect and respect the rights and privacy of other members, and comply with the association's confidentiality requirements regarding member information.

3. We will engage in discussions and activities of the association with integrity and professionalism, sharing our expertise and experiences to promote the development and enhancement of cybersecurity.

Personal or Corporate Disclaimer:

1. The activities and initiatives of the Cyber Security Association are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute any form of legal advice or guarantee.

2. We do not make any warranties regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information and content provided by the association. Users should exercise their judgment and assume corresponding risks.

3. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by the use of the information and content provided by the association.

4. We do not assume responsibility for the content and security of any third-party websites or services. Users should exercise their judgment and assume corresponding risks.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that all information provided to the association is voluntary. I understand, acknowledge, and agree that any personal information provided will primarily be used for communication and contact purposes. The association's policies and practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, protection, and access of personal data comply with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
